By accessing and using the services of Milly's Fab Hair Salon ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our salon services, website, and booking system.

2. Services Provided

Milly's Fab provides professional hair braiding and styling services including but not limited to:

  • Box braids, cornrows, and protective braiding styles
  • Dreadlocs installation, maintenance, and repair
  • Wig installation and hair sewing services
  • Kids and men's braiding styles

Service availability, pricing, and duration may vary based on hair type, length, and style complexity.

3. Booking and Appointments

3.1 Appointment Scheduling

Appointments can be made through our website, phone, or in person. We recommend booking 1-2 weeks in advance for complex styles.

3.2 Cancellation Policy

We require 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations may incur a fee. We understand emergencies happen and will work with you on a case-by-case basis.

3.3 Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling to accommodate other clients.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change. Final pricing will be confirmed during your consultation based on your specific hair needs.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payment methods. Payment is due upon completion of services.

4.3 Deposits

For certain services or appointments, we may require a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to rescheduled appointments within 30 days.

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Arrive with clean, detangled hair unless otherwise instructed
  • Provide accurate information about hair history, allergies, and sensitivities
  • Bring your own hair extensions if you have specific preferences
  • Follow aftercare instructions provided by your stylist
  • Treat our staff and facility with respect

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure quality service, we cannot guarantee specific results. Hair texture, condition, and individual characteristics may affect the outcome of services.

We are not liable for:

  • Damage resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions
  • Pre-existing hair damage or conditions not disclosed during consultation
  • Allergic reactions to products brought by the client
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings

7. Photography and Social Media

We may photograph completed styles for our portfolio, website, and social media. By using our services, you consent to such photography unless you explicitly opt out.

If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform your stylist at the beginning of your appointment.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
